
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 25 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream, whipped
For the Chocolate Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 6-8 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crust:
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a sealed bag and rolling pin.
- Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- Make the Peanut Butter Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Prepare the Chocolate Topping:
- Heat the ½ cup heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds or until warm (but not boiling).
- Add the chocolate chips and let sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter filling, spreading evenly.
- Garnish & Chill:
- Sprinkle chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, or until the pie is firm.
