Ingredients:
For the Steak & Potatoes:
- 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved (or diced into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
For the Garlic Butter:
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
Instructions:
1. Preheat & Prep Foil Packets
🔥 Grilling? Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
🔥 Baking? Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil (about 12×12 inches each).
2. Season & Assemble
- In a large bowl, toss steak pieces and potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Divide the steak and potatoes evenly between the foil sheets.
3. Add the Garlic Butter
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
- Drizzle the garlic butter evenly over each foil packet.
4. Seal & Cook
📌 For the Grill:
- Fold the foil tightly to seal.
- Place packets on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
📌 For the Oven:
- Place foil packets on a baking sheet.
- The potatoes should be tender after 25-30 minutes of baking.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
Carefully open the foil packets (watch for steam!) and garnish with extra parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
