- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 3 tbsp homemade)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped cooked bacon (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1 ½ cups baby spinach or chopped kale (optional, for a nutritious twist)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup diced celery & carrots (optional, for extra texture)
Instructions:
1. Sauté the Veggies (Optional)

3. Add the Chicken & Seasonings

5. Add the Bacon & Greens (Optional)
- Stir in bacon and any greens.
6. Simmer & Serve
- Let the soup simmer for 5-10 minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve hot, topped with extra bacon, shredded cheese, and fresh herbs.
Serving & Variations:
✅ Serve with crusty bread, biscuits, or rice.
✅ Make it spicy: Use red pepper flakes or jalapeños.
✅ Low-Carb Version: Skip the carrots & celery, and use extra spinach.
