Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars:
    • In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Eggs & Vanilla:

  4. Combine Dry Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix Wet & Dry Ingredients:

  9. Cool:
    • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Tips:

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
  • Variation: You can substitute the macadamia nuts with other nuts, like walnuts or pecans.
