Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugars:
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add Eggs & Vanilla:
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and add the vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

- Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.

- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
