Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup (60ml) whole milk or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Whisk the Eggs

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk (or cream), salt, and pepper until smooth and slightly frothy.

2. Cook Gently

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over low heat until melted.
  2. Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few seconds without stirring.
  3. Using a spatula, slowly push the eggs from the edges toward the center, creating soft folds.

3. Finish & Serve

  1. Remove from heat when eggs are slightly undercooked, as they will continue to cook from residual heat.
  2. Serve immediately with toast or as desired.

Tips:
