- ¼ cup (60ml) whole milk or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Whisk the Eggs
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk (or cream), salt, and pepper until smooth and slightly frothy.
2. Cook Gently
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over low heat until melted.
- Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few seconds without stirring.
- Using a spatula, slowly push the eggs from the edges toward the center, creating soft folds.
3. Finish & Serve
- Remove from heat when eggs are slightly undercooked, as they will continue to cook from residual heat.
- Serve immediately with toast or as desired.
Tips:
- For extra creaminess, stir in a teaspoon of butter at the end.
