  • ½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter option)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Zest of ½ lemon (optional, for brightness)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Orzo:
    • In a medium pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
