Chicken Crescent Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or leftover chicken works great)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried parsley (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs (for a crispy topping, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
