Ingredients:

  • 2 cups canned or frozen corn (drained if canned, thawed if frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely diced (optional, for heat)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ cup crumbled bacon (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (optional, for freshness)

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine corn, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, jalapeño (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Chill (optional): For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
