Ingredients:
- 2 cups canned or frozen corn (drained if canned, thawed if frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 small jalapeño, finely diced (optional, for heat)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup crumbled bacon (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (optional, for freshness)
Instructions:
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine corn, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, jalapeño (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Chill (optional): For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
