- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel bits or chopped caramel candies
- 1/4 cup sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream Butter & Sugars: In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.

- Add Caramel Bits: Stir in caramel bits or chopped caramel candies.
- Form Dough & Bake: Scoop dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
