Here’s a delicious and easy Chicken Crescent Roll-Ups recipe—perfect for a quick dinner or snack!


Chicken Crescent Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or leftover chicken works great)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs (for a crispy topping, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven & Prep:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Chicken Filling:
    • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayonnaise (or sour cream), garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Roll-Ups:
    • Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
    • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wider end of each triangle.
    • Roll up the dough from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
  4. Add Topping (Optional but Recommended!):
    • Brush each roll-up with melted butter.
    • Sprinkle crushed crackers or breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
  5. Bake:
    • Place roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
